A high-silver-content B&W film, ISO 50 — an intermediate film in the Efke line based on the 1950 ADOX formula. Single-layer emulsion, very fine grain, a characteristic soft, silvery rendering. Slightly more versatile than the KB 25. Production ended in 2012.

The KB 50 was the most balanced film in the Efke line, offering the characteristic silvery look of ADOX formulas with a more practical sensitivity than the KB 25. Fans describe its look as close to old Kodak Panatomic-X film.
