An ISO 400 color negative film — the high-speed version of Konica's budget VX line. JX-Crystal, JX-Coupler, and SISS (Simulated Ideal Spectral Sensitivity) technology. Very fine grain for ISO 400 (RMS 4), faithful color reproduction, soft, slightly blue colors. Also available in a B&W C-41 version (Monochrome VX400).

Konica VX400 produced 67 film varieties under the Konica/Sakura brand. The color VX400 had an RMS granularity of 4 — twice as fine as Ektachrome E100 according to its spec sheet. Despite these impressive stats, the brand was perceived as less dynamic than Fuji.
