The Kodak Ektacolor Pro 400 is a professional ISO 400 color negative film from Eastman Kodak, relaunched in March 2026 under the historic Ektacolor Pro name — the new name for the Portra 400. Fine grain, natural skin tones, exceptional exposure latitude, exposable from EI 100 to EI 1600.

Like the Ektacolor Pro 160, the 400 is Eastman Kodak's March 2026 renaming of the Portra 400. The emulsion is rigorously identical to the Portra 400 — the best version of this film since the 2010 reformulation. Only the name changes with Eastman Kodak's return to direct distribution.
