Ultramax 400 was directly relaunched by Eastman Kodak in November 2025 under their own brand — a strong signal of Eastman Kodak's return as a distributor of consumer film, after years during which Kodak Alaris handled that distribution. Its formula is close to Gold 400 but with a slightly different look — somewhat more neutral colors, slightly finer grain.
