Ektachrome 100 HC (High Chroma) was Kodak's answer to Fuji Velvia — more saturation and contrast than standard Ektachrome, while keeping more manageable grain. A film liked by sports and nature photographers who wanted punchy images without an ISO 400 film's grain.
