CatLABS is a Boston photo lab founded by Nick Brandreth. Their X Film is developed in partnership with Agfa-Gevaert (Belgium) using a high-acutance emulsion close to Agfa Ortho or Aviphot. The very high acutance sets it radically apart from classic films and makes it particularly suited to traditional darkroom B&W printing.
