Noa Noa is the world's last stock of Orwo TC27 — an East German traffic-surveillance film designed for photographing license plates at high resolution. Its teal-tinted (blue-green) base is unique and instantly recognizable. Foto R3 holds 'the last rolls of TC27 ever produced.'
