An ISO 200 color negative film — the professional version of Agfa's Optima line launched in 2002 with Agfa Eye Vision technology. Slightly unreal, refined colors, close to Agfa Vista but subtler. Moderate grain for ISO 200, pleasant contrast. Discontinued in 2004 with Agfa Photo's collapse.

Agfa Optima Prestige 200 replaced the Optima II Prestige, incorporating the Eye Vision technology introduced in 2000. This technology improved color reproduction under fluorescent light — a first for a professional Agfa film.
