A panchromatic ISO 100 B&W film of cinema origin — produced by ORWO (Original Wolfen) in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Germany, at a historic production site dating to 1910. Fine grain, a beautiful soft tonal range, wide latitude. Sensitive to 750nm with an R72 filter. Comparable to Kodak Double-X but with finer grain. Standard B&W development. Available on 35mm rolls to be respooled.

ORWO (Original Wolfen) is the direct successor to the Agfa-Gevaert plants of former East Germany. The Bitterfeld-Wolfen plant has produced film since 1910 — one of the oldest and most historic film factories in the world. UN54 is often resold under the name Street Candy MTN100 by French retailers.
