The Wolfen UN54 100 is Filmotec's ORWO UN54 panchromatic ISO 100 B&W emulsion, sold under the Wolfen brand. Identical in emulsion to the ORWO UN54 — fine grain, natural contrast, professional consistency. The difference is only in packaging and branding.

The Wolfen brand was relaunched by InovisCoat/Filmotec to distinguish films aimed at the consumer photography market from ORWO films intended for professional cinema productions. The Wolfen UN54 and the ORWO UN54 share rigorously the same emulsion — only the packaging and distribution channel differ.
