Kosmo Foto started as a film-photography blog in 2012 before launching its own film in 2017 under the name Zorki Foto Mono, later renamed Kosmo Foto Mono after a copyright dispute. Stephen Dowling, its New Zealand-born, London-based creator, is one of the most influential film journalists in the world. The Soviet cosmonaut packaging has become iconic.
